Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Agreement

By using RideCredential, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

What RideCredential provides

RideCredential provides informational tools, document generation, and educational resources. The content and tools are designed to help you navigate complex processes more effectively.

RideCredential is an independent information publisher. We are not affiliated with Modivcare, MTM, Access2Care, SafeRide, or any state Medicaid program, we are not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Broker and state requirements change; always confirm current requirements directly with your broker and your state Medicaid agency. We make no promises about credentialing approval, trip volume, or business results.

Purchase access

A completed one-time purchase is delivered through a private access link. You are responsible for keeping that link secure and for contacting us if you believe it has been exposed or you cannot access your purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Resell or redistribute generated documents commercially without authorization

Payments and refunds

The Launch Kit is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. RideCredential does not currently offer a recurring membership to new customers. One-time purchases are covered by the separate 30-day refund policy linked below.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ridecredential.com within 30 days, or review our refund policy.

Intellectual property

RideCredential, including its design, content, and tools, is owned by RideCredential. Documents you generate using our tools are yours to use. The underlying templates, algorithms, and platform remain our property.

Limitation of liability

RideCredential is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our tools or following our guidance. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and data requests

We may restrict abusive or unlawful use of the service. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your email or purchase, contact support@ridecredential.com. Some records may be retained when required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or security purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
