What we collect

We collect information you choose to submit, such as an email address, assessment answers, support messages, and purchase details. Stripe handles payment-card information. We may also receive basic technical and usage data from our hosting and analytics providers, such as page views, device or browser information, and referring pages.

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve RideCredential services
• Generate the planning kit selected through the assessment
• Send requested welcome messages, purchase receipts, fulfillment links, and product updates
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

The site may use browser storage or cookies for essential flows, preferences, fraud prevention, payment, and analytics. Stripe and any enabled analytics provider may set their own cookies or similar technologies. Browser controls can limit some storage, but doing so may affect a purchase or form flow.

Data storage and security

We use HTTPS and limit access to systems used to operate the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Payment-card processing is handled by Stripe; RideCredential does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its own application servers.

Your rights

You can:

• Request access to information associated with your email
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, or security purposes
• Opt out of marketing emails (transactional emails will still be sent)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us at support@ridecredential.com to exercise any of these rights.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for transactional email delivery
• Vercel for hosting and content delivery
• PostHog, when enabled, for product analytics

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Children

RideCredential is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of RideCredential after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
